Legs Day 1
Hey guys , finally i get to start my fitness session of the blog “lift with vainblackboy”.
I promise to be consistent with this , we will be starting off with legs , you can drop your needs in the comment session and we would work with your demands as to what part of the body to work on next.
•lunges (4set -10reps)
•leg press (3set – 10 reps)
•leg extension ( 3set -15 reps)
•leg curls (3set -10reps )
We’ are attacking our Gluteals, Quadriceps , anterior-tibialis and adductors.
